• Reservations can last until 3 days, after the 3 days the item will be up for grabs and no longer reserved to you.
• there will be an additional packaging fee of (+15 PHP) on your total!
• Please DO NOT rush me into shipping your items, I like to do things at my own pace but I assure you that you will get your items. If you are not patient enough, please don't buy from me.
• strictly no cancellation of orders!
• once the shipment process has been done, txtscart is not held liable for the loss & damages during shipping
• if opting for same day delivery, the location would be in paranaque city and buyer should be the one to book the pickup.

TERMS & CONDITIONS!
Please read through these terms thoroughly.
It is important that you have read the terms before consulting with us
• all designs must be given credit, never claim them as your own.
• We will do our best in finishing your designs on time. However, please do keep in mind that we still students
• As a client, you are also responsible to reply to our DMs.
• We have the right to reject commission requests due to the content of your request or due to our schedule. We do not take NSFW or discriminatory content.
• Please provide high quality photos. If a photo from a fansite is being used, please provide proof of approval from the fansite.
• strictly no cancellations once the production of the design has started.
• if you wish to cancel your design, there is a cancellation fee of 150 PHP along with 50% of your total.
• There are only up to 5 revisions. Exceeding revisions require a charge of 10 pesos per revision
• There will be a first payment after sending the first revised draft, once the production is done you can pay the balance.
• By availing our services, you are allowing us to include the designs in our portfolio.
• Should there be any similarities with other people's existing designs, or should there be any dissatisfaction with me or my works, please consult with me before creating unecessary posts.
